THE PDA/SMART PHONE APPLICATION
The PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) and/or Smart phone Application is the program on the hand-held device;
This program, with its numerous functionalities, empowers the mobile worker to fulfill all his/her duties without ever coming into the office, no matter where he or she works.
The Mobile worker only receives the information applicable to him. The details of his customers in the route list allocated to him, their contact details, histories, their products, prices, promotions and the tasks which are required of him to be performed at each customer.
New instructions can be sent to the worker immediately without cumbersome and delayed communications.
Training of the mobile workers is provided by Barotti.
The captured data is transmitted to the company for immediate action, or to the application reports on Barotti’s servers. The reports are available to the company immediately and are updated dynamically – as the data is transmitted from the mobile worker.
The output from the hand-held devices are integrated into the company’s ERP system, which saves time and money and eliminates delays and errors.
