ORDERS
Orders can still be generated by the customer by telephone and /or electronically by EDI, which unfortunately often result in errors and misunderstandings due to changes, and omissions on price lists. The mobile worker can, however, generate orders, promote products and arrange promotions on current prices and in terms of the current instructions on his PDA/Smart Phone.
Histories of orders generated by any other means will be displayed on the device which will empower the mobile worker to interact with his customer in a much more professional manner.
Orders are generated on the hand-held device at the prices applicable to that customer – No errors and no printed price lists are required. As prices, products and promotions, are adjusted by the company so will they be displayed by the device. Never again orders at wrong prices and on out-of-stock items. No misunderstanding about the prices and terms applicable to a customer.
ORDER HISTORIES:
Order histories by the customer via telephone, EDI or whatever other means, are known to the mobile worker. The mobile worker is empowered with this knowledge and can interact much more professionally with his customers.
